Mr. Vijay Kumar Darak
Mr. Vijay Kumar Darak is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the financial services sector.
Rather than pursuing a conventional CA practice, he founded Credential Services in 2001, initially partnering with ANZ Grindlays Bank to offer home loans. Over the time, he expanded his network, collaborating with leading private banks and NBFCs. Prior to this, he worked for four years with a prominent real estate developer after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1996.
In 2009, he established Credential Advisory Services Pvt Ltd to provide specialized advisory services in debt syndication for mid-corporate and SME clients. With over 6,000 home loan and mortgage loan arrangements, along with arranging term loans and working capital facilities across more than 500 transactions, he has built a strong reputation for delivering timely, cost-effective, and transparent financial solutions. His sharp analytical skills and client-centric approach have earned him trust across various industries.
At Credential Advisory Services Pvt Ltd, he specializes in debt syndication and structured finance solutions, particularly for mid-sized companies in the real estate sector. Having advised on more than 200 real estate debt transactions—including acquisition, take-out, last-mile funding, and construction finance—Mr. Vijay Kumar Darak is proud of his flawless record in ensuring zero delinquency of real estate book advised by him.
He has been a corporate Associate Member of Credai Bengal for over two decades and is also a member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he contributes to View Exchange and ACAE, two prominent study circles of the ICAI, EIRC.
He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a consultant by profession.

Prior to this, he had worked with a then leading Real Estate Developer for 4 years just after qualifying as Chartered Accountant in 1996.
He established Credential Advisory Services Pvt Ltd in 2009 to get into advisory services in the field debt syndication for its mid corporate & SME clients. He has been instrumental in arranging Home Loans & Mortgage Loans for more than 6000 clients and Term Loans & Working Capital limits for over 500 clients. He has sharp analytical skills and is known for providing timely & cost-efficient services in a most transparent manner.
