Credential Advisory Services Pvt Ltd was founded in the year 2009 by  Vijay Kumar Darak, a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary for giving a corporate structure to his then existing debt consultancy and mortgage DSA business. After 5 years of work experience with a leading corporate house, he started the advisory services in the year 2001.

AT present, the company’s management consists of Senior Ex-Bankers and Qualified professionals having altogether more than 250 man-years of experience in pure banking and debt advisory.

Since inception, we have extended services to more than 500 clients for project finance & working capital arrangement in addition to executing more than 7000 mortgage & home loans transactions.

We have advised on and arranged financial closure for over 100 real estate projects in the country in the last 5 years. We are well recognised  and widely acknowledged for our expertise & acumen  in structuring debt solutions for versatile and complex Real Estate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and takeover. We have advised Developers on their projects across the spectrum ranging from residential to commercial, Retail Malls to business parks, Logistic & Warehouses.

Apart from Real Estate, Company has arranged funding for other various manufacturing industries including Plastic & Polymers, Iron & Steel, Craft Paper & thermal power projects. In the trading & service sector we have arranged funding for wholesalers, EPC contractors, Hospitality, Healthcare and Educational Institutions.  Our esteemed clients include Merlin Group, Sunrise Group, Diamond Group, Tarsons, Nanak Logistics, Pinax Paper, Captain Steel, Supertron Electronics, ABCI infrastructure and Gyan Sagar Foundation.
