He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a consultant by profession.

He opted for not getting into conventional CA practice and formed Credential Services in 2001 to become a channel partner of ANZ Grindlays Bank for Home Loans. Later, he got associated with other leading private Banks & NBFCs. Prior to this, he had worked with a then leading Real Estate Developer for 4 years just after qualifying as Chartered Accountant in 1996.

He established Credential Advisory Services Pvt Ltd in 2009 to get into advisory services in the field debt syndication for its mid corporate & SME clients. He has been instrumental in arranging Home Loans & Mortgage Loans for more than 6000 clients and Term Loans & Working Capital limits for over 500 clients. He has sharp analytical skills and is known for providing timely & cost-efficient services in a most transparent manner. He is a corporate Associate Member of Credai Bengal since more than 2 decades and a member of Indian Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active member of View Exchange & ACAE, two leading study circles of ICAI, EIRC.

At Credential Advisory, he specializes in debt syndication and structured finance solutions for mid-sized companies, especially in the real estate industry. He has advised on more than 100 real estate debt transactions including acquisition, take-out, last mile funding and construction finance. He takes pride in his unblemished track record of zero delinquency of real estate book advised by him.
